Well Done to all the students of OKKO, who attended the Sensei Abernethy seminar today, both Sensei Craig and i are very proud of the manner in which you all conducted yourselves today, to read the write up on the day look on the Seminar and course pics page.

Also i wish to say a massive thankyou to everyone who attended the adult seminar today, im sure you all agree with me that Nai-Hanchi will never be practiced the same again...quite simply deadly Bunkai, and last but not least id like to thak Sensei Abernethy for travelling many hundreds of miles early this morning to attend and hold 2 fantastic seminars.

Love that video of the trailer of the meme dvd, cant wait till it comes out, where can i buy it from please.

Hope everyone is training hard while im stuck in my crummy job doin crummy shifts! Hopefully be able to come down in a few weeks, no promises though.

Dear Sensei Nigel, ive checked out your site, may i say that i am also very impressed, i had the chance to train under your expert tuition last year in Stourbridge when you had a slot on the seminar, you was teaching your MEME, i would very much like to attend Mr Abernethys seminar in may, could i book 2 places please? if you have any left.
I have so much respect for instructors like your good self,it was an absolute honour learning from you.
